Loss Prevention Supervisor, DC harrisburg, pa	Ollies

Job Description Audit/monitor Shipping and Receiving procedures to ensure the security and integrity of store deliveries. Travel to stores, if needed, to be present for unloading and auditing of store deliveries. Insure proper seal procedure and trailer air lock procedures are in place and being adhered to. Contribute to the efficient operation of the distribution center through completion of department self audits and random bag checks thus deterring shrinkage throughout the distribution center. Coordinate and conduct investigations including harassment complaints, employee theft, vandalism, falsification of company records and workers` compensation. Assist in meeting short and long-range workers' compensation objectives by coordinating claims management and safety programs with distribution management. Ensure physical security measures are in place through reviewing camera and alarm systems and performing quarterly security surveys. Complete monthly safety / security reports and distribute to facility management and the Director of Loss Prevention. Assist in developing and maintaining programs to insure the physical protection and well being of all distribution center employees while complying with all local, state and federal regulations. Create Loss Prevention tracking documents to insure load integrity. Responsible for duties in multiple Distribution Center locations. Responsible for insuring the integrity of “New Store” trailer contents until they reach their final destination. Will be required to work off hours to encompass all activity in the Distribution Center process. Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred (in Business Administration or related field) 1 to 3 years Loss Prevention experience Loss Prevention investigation experience Extensive interview experience Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office environment) Wicklander Zulawski and/or Reid Certification preferred

Experience Required 3 plus years exp.
