Tommy Bahama is looking for a qualified Regional Manager to join our efforts to create an island lifestyle that inspires the world to relax.
MISSION
Responsible for a regional group of stores in Eastern Region including: Natick, Mohegan Sun, Atlantic City, Bethesda, and Tyson's. Responsibilities include: hiring & mentoring store management teams; driving profitability in stores through all aspects of operations; support of the brand through partnerships with corporate teams (buying, merchandising, design, operations, etc), overseeing merchandise assortments and strong understanding of this regional market; and having a strong vision and promotion of the Tommy Bahama lifestyle.
KEY RESULT AREAS
• Motivate, support and communicate with employees both up and down through the organization.
• Hire, develop, and mentor store management teams.
• Responsible for the successful management of each stores and regional P & L’s.
• Encourage innovative cost effective store processes through developing new ideas and opportunities.
EXPERIENCE, TALENT AND EDUCATION
College Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
7+ years retail management experience
2+ years managing store managers
Exposure to Retail Merchandising concepts
Exposure to Retail Visual concepts
Ability to travel 60 % of time
