Job Description Assistant Product Manager; Women's Category Job Description * The Assistant Product Manager works under the supervision of the Product Manager. Responsible for helping to reach top line seasonal goals for the Women's Outerwear business, set by corporate. This includes - Sales, Turn, Markdowns, and overall Gross Margin. Manages and maintains Product Line Sheets for cross functional needs Manages and maintains all relevant product information documents for marketing needs and in-store needs Writes and tracks all purchase orders for National Brand partners using SIRIS (Inventory Management Tool). Communicate with National Brand partners on a regular basis Required Skills Detail oriented and thorough in work ethos Strong analytical and retail math, and is able to achieve financial and operational efficiencies Possess a strong understanding of the women's outdoor market and or snowsports market Understands technical fabric and product construction Able to partner cross functionally with design/development, planning, marketing, web team, and stores Strong, efficient, and effective written and verbal communication Works well under pressure, possesses strong time management skills, and is a solution oriented team player Is a calculated risk taker, has a strong pinpoint on trend based on quantitative results and industry trends. Demonstrates a strong understanding the EMS customer and their activities Travel 10% of the time (visit stores and vendors). Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office - B.A or B.S in Business, Merchandising, or related field. Required Experience *Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years buying or product management experience, and strong retail acument. Job Location Peterborough, NH, US.
